SERIOUS HUNTERS

Authentic in every way, these guided Montana hunts include: lodging, all meals, horses with tack,

Guided Montana Bow Hunts

Early Season Wilderness Bow Hunt

6 nights/5 full hunting days (September)
$4,600 per hunter with one guide for every hunter

The immense surrounding wilderness is abundant with elk, thanks to our remote location and limited hunting pressure. Our professional guides are experienced bow hunters who can get you close in during the heat of elk rut and bugle season. You and your personal guide – one guide for each hunter – can devise your guided Montana bow hunt to be as demanding or as leisurely as you would like. Our Dean Creek hunting camp provides the perfect base to spike out with your one-on-one guide. Pack your rod too, because fly fishing for feisty native cutthroat trout can be excellent through early October.

Guided Montana Elk Hunts

Wilderness Bugle Elk Hunts

8 nights/7 full hunting days (mid-September through October)
$5,200 per hunter with one guide for every two hunters

This is the trip for the serious trophy hunter! You will pack into the “Bob” to our Dean Creek Camp – 25 miles from the ranch. Hunting by horseback and on foot, this challenging and rigorous western-style adventure puts you into territory only a privileged few have trekked before. Some of this timbered range climbs to 7,800 feet. It’s prime hunting ground for trophy elk. It’s also one of the last places where you can rifle hunt bugling elk. Guest facilities at the camp include roomy wall tents, wood burning stoves, propane lamps and warm beds. A separate large dining tent is home to impressive outdoor cuisine with a surprisingly varied menu – and plenty of it.

Guided Montana Bear Hunts

Montana Spring Black Bear Hunt

6 nights/5 full hunting days (May)
$2,400 per hunter with one guide for every two hunters

Black bear thrive in the woods around Spotted Bear. After winter hibernation, they emerge to forage along hundreds of miles of snowy backcountry roads and trails, providing bountiful access to bear habitat. You can track and hunt to your heart’s content. With our lodge as a base, we track them in 4-wheel drives and on foot. Our hunts are strictly fair chase – we don’t use dogs or bait. You may hunt with rifle, bow or pistol, each with high potential for success. With their stunning coats of black, chocolate, cinnamon and blonde, these noble animals make magnificent trophies with memories that last forever.
